Specificité: This antibody reacts with human NCAM (neural cell adhesion molecule), a sialoglycoprotein that mediates intercellular adhesion through binding - homophilic - with another NCAM or other molecule. B488 recognizes the 145kD and 185kD isoforms of the protein.

Purification: Concentrated.

Immunogène: Membrane preparation of small cell lung carcinoma.

Indications d'application: Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100.
Flow cytometry: 1:150-1:300.
ELISA: 1:1000-1:3000.
Western blotting: 1:200-1:500.
Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on frozen tissue sections. When using with formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections an antigen demasking treatment is recommended. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 1:50-1:100 in IHC. The optimal conditions should be determined by the individual laboratory.
